Cranberry, Cherry & Almond Relish

recipe from 2009 Coles Free Magazine
  • Makes 2 cups
  • Serves 8

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Craisins
  • 3/4 Cup frozen Cherries
  • 3/4 Cup Caster Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 Tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 Tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
Method
  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Stir on medium heat for 5 Mins, until fruit has softened and liquid is syrupy. Cool and store in an airtight container, refrigerated, for  up to 5 days.
  2. Serve this relish with turkey.
